What’s the difference between the Bodyweight Fundamentals Course and the FREE 4 -Week Bodyweight Program?

The Bodyweight Fundamentals Course is a more in-depth course that you can follow at your own pace. We will cover breathing techniques, mobility drills for each joint, full body mobility drills, and ANIMAL FLOW basics. You will also cover how to perform explosive movements, and how to combine movements into fluid flows. The Bodyweight Course also comes with a 4-Week Workout Plan using the movements covered in the course.

How long does this course take?

You can complete the course at your own pace. You will be granted lifetime access, and can repeat the course as many times as you’d like. :)

Who is this course for?

For every body! This course was designed for all ages and fitness levels. There is something for anyone who wants to become stronger, more mobile, and an all around better mover.

Are there modifications provided for the exercises?

Yes, I will guide you through step-by-step progressions for all of the movements. Before moving onto the next movement section, it is recommended that you are able to successfully complete all of the movements in a section.

Will this program help increase my flexibility?

Yes. Buy working on your mobility (strength through flexibility) you will also increase your flexibility.

Am I able to do this if I have an existing injury?

If you have an existing injury, be sure to get clearance from a medical professional before engaging in a physically demanding program. I suggest waiting until you are fully recovered before starting this course.

Will the material be available to download and watch offline?

Unfortunately no, the course comes with over 100 videos, so we were unable to make this available offline. However, there is a PDF that comes with the 4-Week Workout Program as a reference.

How much time do I have to dedicate? What if I’m too busy? What if I skip a day?

This course was designed so that you can complete it at your own pace :) I suggest spending at least one week on each module. So the more time, the better!
